Additional Resources
CIO Table Rentals + Free PRINTING
CIOs can borrow tables for free at the Newcomb Hall first floor information desk. To borrow, CIOs must specify where they will use the tables with the desk and have them returned by the end of the day.
Free printing is also available for CIOs at the Newcomb Hall first floor information desk. CIOs may print up to 50 pages in color and 150 pages in black & white per day. You will want to email 1515newcombhall@gmail.com to submit any files you want to be printed.
Co-SponsorshipS
Student Council’s co-sponsorship program is rooted in the understanding that together, our student body can host bigger, stronger, and more meaningful events. Although we provide funding to CIOs through the SAF Appropriations process, additional resources are available through the co-sponsorship program. Organizations whose events or initiatives promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the community are given priority in the co-sponsorship program.
When requesting a Student Council co-sponsorship, organizations are able to receive assistance in multiple areas:
Financial support, allowing organizations to receive a co-sponsorship grant from Student Council.
Event planning & committee partnerships, allowing organizations to work with Student Council committees to plan and execute their events.
Marketing & media support, allowing organizations to advertise within our external media network (social media, University-wide newsletter).
