Airbus
Airbus is a coach bus service that runs between Charlottesville, VA, Washington Dulles Airport (IAD), and Richmond International Airport (RIC). This bus provides transportation for students around UVA breaks and semesters.

Orientation K Returning Service (3 ticket options):

Friday October 11th (8:00 AM) - Departure [UVA to Dulles]
Monday October 14th (7:00 PM) - Departure [Dulles to UVA]
Thanksgiving Break Service (4 ticket options):
Tuesday November 26th (8:00 AM) - Departure [UVA to Dulles]
Tuesday November 26th (8:30 AM) - Arrival [UVA to Richmond Airport]
Sunday December 1st (7:00 PM) - Departure [Dulles to UVA}
Sunday December 1st (7:00 PM) - Departure [Richmond Airport to UVA}
Winter break tickets and dates will be posted in early fall semester.
Procedures
All passengers are required to check in at least 10 minutes before the departure time.
You will be contacted by Student Council prior to your departure date with a reminder email containing more information.
Check the dates and times carefully before booking a ticket.
Please use your UVA email address when purchasing the ticket.
The trip from UVA to Dulles International Airport takes approximately 2 hours, and UVA to Richmond International Airport takes an 1 and a half. Please take this into consideration when planning your trip.
There will be no ticket refunds under any circumstances.
