There is no limit to the amount you can request. However, the Arts Fund is a limited resource, and funding is not guaranteed. Funding is reserved for projects unable to be funded by other Student Council or University grants, especially unfunded academic materials. This semester, we are prioritizing school supplies to provide data for our larger lobbying campaign.

Grants will be disbursed through mid-October and November. We will contact applicants individually via email to discuss the details of funding dispersal and material pickup. You can access your funds according to the options below. Please indicate which option you would prefer in your application.
Student Council can directly purchase your materials. In this case, please specify:
If you need your items shipped somewhere other than Newcomb, providing your preferred shipping address.
Your timeline. If any prices are affected by temporary discounts, if you want to complete your project by a certain date, or if there are any other time-sensitive issues, please include them in the last question.
Student Council can reimburse your purchases. This route is typically pursued when we are unable to fund 100% of your project but you still have the means to go through with it. You can purchase the item yourself and request reimbursement for your allocated amount.
